||Administration Service and Authentication Service consumed 100% CPU due to bug in the CIMD Plugin (ver. 1.10). This is solved in CIMD Plugin (ver. 1.11). The new plugin is available and can be up- loaded without having to upgrade any services.

||Option to NOTIFY new users via SMS method is now available in the dropdown "Notification By:" field.
||Duplicate PortWise accounts when using secondary directory service
||When one node has connectivity issues to a directory service, it will broadcast to all other nodes to switch to the other directory service as well.

||Since 4.9.10 the Java MobileID application would complain that it was corrupted when installing on some Nokia phones due to the way version numbers are interpreted.
